Thank you Ram and team for an amazing EBC trip with our large group of 15. We wouldn’t have done it without your guidance and your help all along. You and the team were there to take care of when anybody felt sick in our team, you guys checked on us every often to make sure all are healthy and reaching our destinations safely. We had an amazing trek with Ang Dawa (guide) and Dawa (porter)! I would give them 100 stars if I could! The Annapurna Circuit is a challenging trek but we always felt completely safe with Dawa guiding the way. Both Dawa’s had an amazing attitude throughout our time together and always ensured we were healthy, happy and had everything we needed to be comfortable each evening. Dawa (guide) is not only extremely intelligent about mountain life but is also very fun. Dawa (porter) is probably the sweetest and hardest working person I’ve ever met. After observing other groups on the trail, I do believe Sherpa Expedition and Trekking is the best and I’m very happy we went with them. Ram was also very timely and helpful if we had any questions or concerns. We will use them for every Nepal adventure in the future. Again, this is not an easy/beginner trek. You can expect a challenge and ever changing weather. But you can also expect a life changing trip and an amazing experience. Especially if you have the Dawa-Dawa team. Dawa Power :)

Yes, we operate a single share option and you need to pay extra if you're a solo traveler as a single supplement.

What essential documents/items do I need to bring with me?

You must bring a valid passport (must be valid for up to 6 months, keep an extra photocopy just in case), a copy of your travel insurance, cash, flight tickets, emergency contact numbers of insurance and family members, and any medications.

Will somebody come to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival?

Yes, our Airport Representative will come to the airport to pick you up. Outside of Terminal Hall, he/she will be displaying a playing card of Sherpa Expedition and Trekking Team Pvt. Ltd. with your name on it. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel or our office.

Can I join the tour once it has departed?

You can not join the tour once it has departed.

Can I get Nepal visa on arrival or online?

Yes, you can get on an arrival tourist visa at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Most people can obtain a visa on entry to Nepal. There are some countries visa will need to be organized prior to traveling. $30 USD for 15 days of visa from the date of issue, $50 USD for 30 days and $125 USD for 90 days tourist visa. You can apply for visa online.

We advise you to bring US dollars /British pound s/Euros to pay for your visa, trip cost, and other expenses. Most major currencies are usually accepted also. It is always better to travel with US dollars.
